ah thank you folks! I have to come visit the us someday, perhaps next year? had been cool!

some updates here, actually got some painting done. second horror is not far away from finished (flames, metal instrument and hands left...and eyeball!). starting to feel im goint to manage to finish these before august without too much trouble.

some monsters running...



some cleaning up the tzeentch sorcerer, found him cheap on ebay. needed a bath desperately though ;) will be nice with variation.

heavy metal. in soooo many ways...

If you do plan a trip over here, take a look at the MFCA show. It's each year in early/mid May and seems to draw a lot of European painters. Someone actually told me they have some sort of stipend to help fly people in for it. I don't know if it's true or, if so, how someone qualifies... but hey, it's worth looking into! And there's also the Crystal Brush competition in April.

thanks folks! the plan is 4 horrors and the sorcerer. not going to do more than needed ;) and yes, the guys mutation is probably going to be like the pink horrors :)

Hot damn. Mind you I seem to be saying that about everything you post these days. Keep it up. For a chap who was complaining about lacking inspiration a few pages back, you ain't lacking in quality!

Rip apart? Rip apart? Skelly - my God man! If I really must nit pick, the shirt or whatever he's wearing seams to blend into his skin. Your bases still kick some serious butt tho. Makes me want to start working on one. :) Remember it was your advice that helped me turn around my crappy bases. hehe!

thanks friends! fyi the blue shimmering on his back was originally osl from a lamp that first was attached to his back, then on the base. got broken on its way to uk gd and when repaiting it i decided that its more balance in the scene without it. so thats why its osl on his back without a lightsorce ;)

some more work on horror no2. now its sorcerer time. and its time to figure out a theme for the bases, not doing anything advanced there.
scheme is cold but not really as cold as it feels in these pictures.




got a plinth delivery too, so finally i can put my contemptor and the old skellie and rat ogre regiments on proper ones. the red wood one is for the pink horror squad. the other two for future projects :)

mmm chockolate! (?)

Skelly, you know he can probably name the wood just by biting on it, but if all else fails, trade the kid in for a puppy. Obedience school is much cheaper than college. (I'm joking! I don't want folks to send me hate mail. lol!)

Okay, the osl makes sense now. The pink horrors rock. How cold you going to go with them? Right now, I'm thinking ice and snow rather than a chill fall day. ;) But an autumn themed base might be a very interesting with the contrasting in colors....

was thinkin scaly green-ish bases initially, but perhaps i should hot them up a bit. dont want anything to clash too much with the rather hot red wood plinth though. hmm

anything but those generic lava bases any day!

give me some nice twists and unnatural elements to the base and i´ll think these are swell=)

wanna do a paint session sometime soon? i drank your beer...
