yeah cas, im always a step ahead lol

okay got some new pictures. pants and freddy-cloth and head is painted, legs are just basecoated and washed so far. the mini is really the strangest thing ive painted so far, love him :) the banner is btw thrown in the bin and ive built a new one with a lamp over his head, so much of the mini will be covered in some sort of osl later on.

thanks guys, seems like there is no end of bashing my photos nowdays booo-hooooooo ;( lol
the ork has also been sniped so many times its almost a bit funny. oh well. the beauty of online competitions.

Dunno how anyone could bash that ork, that guy loks amazing. I really dig your high contrast style, mostly because im on the opposite spectrum with low contrast lol :) That other dude youre working on creeps me the &*$% out though.

Really like that dead head Skel, lovely colours, apart from the green at the bottom, bit unsure about that :D

just lost everything I typed on this phone. balls. anyway the Ork is amazing and I have just thrown mine in the bin now this bad boy is in the comp LOL. the inquisitor model is looking awesome and I am interested to see your banner.

id like to stay on cmon longer but signal is shit and Wales is cold, wet and miserable tonight so ciao!!!!

What did you have to go and enter the compo for? :disapointed: Why I oughta...:curse!: (lol) I'm still going to go over and vote 10, though, just to counter anyone small minded enough to snipe that ork. Lovely piece of work, and certainly higher than a mid 8. I have a whole bucket full of questions about your use of colours and tone. Later, though, later...

bpi; green at the bottom 'jaw' was just some experamenting with tamiya clear green as i just recently bought (at last) i know it doesnt work out and has already been repainted. he's not actually supposed to be dead so i might have to re-think the head a bit...

dfb; nothing to loose ey? dont throw him away! besides, rusto is in the comp so we are both screwed anyway :D

I know you haven't finished this inquisitor model yet but there are quite a few decent models in the range any plans to do anymore?

Aha! New Tamiya Clears eh? Should see some exciting new gribbliness from you this year then :D

My reading of him being dead had far more to do with the fact that it's a decapitated head than with your paintjob. Hang on, is he a hunchback? looks like a head mounted on his belt but now I want a side shot of the mini so that I can work out what's going on!

Thanks, skel :) best english or dodgy english - it's all the same to me. I spend all day teaching the blinkin' language to folks here, and have a huge amount of respect for anybody who came at the horrendous conglomeration of random grammar rules that is the english language and managed to even halfway master it as a second language.

Hey skel, don't let yourself get bugged out on the sniping. Some minis of mine got sniped too here and there, so what. I don't depend on the votings, I don't have to sell my minis for a living so the rating is kind of unnecessary. I prefer comments and critique about my work. :)
Great work by the way. :D Love the "big guy" and the base looks great so far. :)

wicked work skel i know its hard but just try n shrugg it off, anyone that matters knows your works A+ vote snipers are just a bunch of no skilz losers that cant see past there own pettiness (my advice to the snipers go take a long look in a mirror and try to like what you see there if you can).

hey crack you know i usually dont care that much about scoring but hey now its a really cooOOoool computer game were talking about winning here:weep: bo-hoooo.... lol.
oh, and i agree with your comment, the skull steal focus from the ork head a little.

Hey skely! So sorry about the sniping. But I agree about the head, that's the reason why I didn't give it a 10. But I think it's fantastic overall!
