i would lie if i said that i feel much joy beginning with the last dwarf which is the hero miniature, the dwarf that only can be bought at wh world.

I am in love with your treatment of these models. Yes, I'm hideously jealous of your effortless mastery of NMM, but I think this unit promises to be very special. I hope you find the joy to paint the hero your chaos dwarves deserve!

cheers gang, the last dwarf has been a bugger to finish, but now i call him done, pffff. just working on a rather small banner for the gang now but that shouldnt take that long.

It looks as if it's been battered in battle and gives it a very used look, plus your painting makes it look awesome anyway

Love the bright little bottles around his belt. The dark neutral setting makes them stand out really beautifully.

I love what you've been doing with these chaos dwarves. The mastery of textures to get that clear distinction between the black leather vest and black metal armour is superb.

If you ever feel like taking a few work in progress shots and writing a short step by step for the nmm, I know a few of us would appreciate it. I could probably find some way to get a reward to you (have a few spare minis kicking round)

sounds like a plan! an even better plan is to set the whole squad on fire, just to be sure that warped staff disappear!
seriously though i couldnt live with it so ive added some milliput on the staff, hopefully it will take care of that issue...
