Well thats the point in CMoN isn\'t it!

Iv never used Bleached Bone for highlighting, always just used yellow or a lime green, but i am going to start experimenting now, because lots of people seem to use this method.

Plus i need to experiment for the Volgor im painting, iv basecoated all the skin an its a very grey green. So i need to figure out what works well for highlighting and shading.

Your pimp of this in the Workspace thread in General Discussions has brought me here. I had no idea I was so susceptible to advertising!

Bleached bone is definately good for green skin. I have always found that Camo Green and Rotting Flesh work a treat too.

Saying that, I rather like the luminescence of the green on this. It compliments the character of the mini I think. A last, even brighter, yellow/white highlight in just the top light catching parts would be the finishing touch to make it pop though.

I think the trousers could be smoothed with a few very thin black washes and then a little bit of subtle re-highlighting too.

The pistol looks better, a bit more contrast from light to dark would make it even better though I reckon. The orange edging on the jacket is still a little untidy though.

I don\'t know if you fancy doing more work on it of course, but there is still room for improvement, and I think you could get the final look and mark up a fair bit higher.

Also, he looks a lot like the Hitcher from The Mighty Boosh (the dude on the right)

Cheers everyone for the comments, i won\'t be going back to this one anymore though, but i am going to start the other goblin Nitti which was also from Runic minis. Hopefully i will take everyones constructive critism and put it to use! Well thats what CMoN is all about!
