Can you not play a mixed army any more? It\'s been years since I\'ve played Warhammer but I know you used to be able to play a mixed force, I think you needed two leader types one for each faction, and characters from one faction couldn\'t join or influence units from the other. If there aren\'t direct rules for combining Chaos armies, are their perhaps rules for Mercenaries (Like Dogs of War in Fantasy)

you can, but i prefer to have a pure force, possibly due to my world eater and tzeench horde armies

Alright, I just thought perhaps the simple answer was best, and that would be to collect and play both of the armies you can\'t decide upon.

Do I get a bisuit for each reply? If so you owe me two :p

p.sam i trying something too complicated, should i go for a nice to paint but non competitive force, or a competitive force with models i dont like as much as others?

bingo dude......... if winning is important then design a winning list and the way the list is designed it\'s pretty much a mix and match list.... If you just want to paint cool things and like the look of it just collect whatever the hell you like as long as you stick within the very flexible legal restrictions.. It\'s your Army your money your time... enjoy it.
