This is primarily my salute to all my friends and extended family here at CMON. I cannot emphasize enough how grateful I am and have been for the introduction to this site. Each and every one of you has made me feel welcome and as though I belong to a family, beyond that of my own. It’s rare and a bit odd how one becomes so integrated with those whom they’ve actually never met; but indeed, I feel as though I know many of you because you write from the heart and the words you put down shine of your individual personalities.
I will be away for awhile, as my previous operation didn’t last as I’d hoped and the prognosis for another one so soon isn’t very hopeful; but you see, the doctors, while highly intelligent in their expertise, are not quite on the level with God and they know nothing of my stubborn will and sheer desire!........Besides, I have too many minis left to paint and sculpt!

Since I developed pneumonia shortly after the last operation, they will wait only long enough for me to get a little stronger….. maybe within the next week or two. The procedure they will attempt was tried previously on two of my brothers and unfortunately, it did not work. I am still very hopeful and very strong in my conviction. Perhaps, I’ll make history after all! At any rate, I will be back in no time flat!!
By the way, this is the only site that I feel compelled to write and let you know what’s going on, as all other letters are reserved for my immediate family. That should tell you all how much I think of you…..And, Chern Ann, thank you for taking the time to put such a wonderful site together and uniting a world of great people. God bless you all, as I have surely been blessed by you! Thank you!!!!
