Super good idea to make or emulate stained glass.... From Rose Model Art wip
Started work on the base, tried an idea a friend had talked about but never tried but i changed it slightly.
He suggested watered down PVA glue, however i found Woodland Scenics realistic water worked best. Paint it on a flat surface over wire mesh used for car body repair (available in halfords in the UK for about £2 for an A4 sheet)
Once this is dry you can paint it with clear colours.
i am using this to create broken pieces of stained glass in the window areas of the ruined building wall.
Works quite well, but will get weathered with black smoke powders and dirt powders
