Wow, my wife and I took our kids to see the Incredibles, real good BTW, and to my incredible surprise, My wife said she thought I was going to wet my pants,

I got to see the new trailer for Star Wars Revenge of the Sith. A little over 6 months til May 19th. Looks like everyone in the film gets a lightsabre, even Palpatine. It looked like Vader is on a tilt table like Frankenstein, and the Lava pits. I may have to reread Vincent Hudon\'s Magmatrax tutorial. When you fans see it, let me know what you think.
My kids couldn\'t believe it when I said I\'ve been waiting 27 years to see this.

I posted a link to this trailer about a week and a half ago in some thread somewhere.

I\'ve actually seen a \'whole plot spoiler\' of the movie - some holes in the continuity, but overall it looks quite interesting.

Guys, let\'s get some perspective here. It\'ll suck. I\'ve been waiting 10 years to see this (since my renewed interest in SW in university) but I have no hope that Lucas will not extend his flannel-clad finger and bestow the Touch Of Sh*t upon this final Star Wars film. As is his right, they are his films. But I will likely not go to see it.

Well I\'m looking forward to seeing the film and will reserve judgement on it until then.
I didn\'t think 1 and 2 were bad sure the continuity doesn\'t always hit the spot but I think that is inevitable with such a huge story. Star Trek has the same problems but they still make great movies and shows just the same.

Guys, how can you expect a movie called Star Wars ROTS *not* to suck ? I mean, it\'s in the title, for crying out loud. lol

Well I went to see the Incredibles with my fiance last monday and they did not play the trailer. I am looking forward to this even though I did not love the last one. I am keeping my fingures crossed that it will be as good as Empire.

WELL

Being one of the \"coffin dogers\" here....I saw and loved the Star Wars universe as a kid in 1977. However, the new movies, while visually stunning, just do not have the same magic...maybe because I am not a kid anymore but I don\'t think so. I am hoping that this one will be good....I have to see it....

However, I am skeptical and worried about it....the teaser was decent but pretty much what I expected. I am hoping that Lucas delivers this time but we shall see......

Star Wars

Don\'t hate the player, hate the game. All of the people who dis the movie will still pay money to watch the movie. I think George Lucas is a genius. (In marketing . :D)

Personally, I\'m looking forward to it. My son, (8), loves the genre and I\'m going to be thrilled to see his eyes light up once more.

Oh to hope that Jar Jar gets his hands on one. Either he will kill off everyone with his clumsiness (and you thought Darth Vader did all the work), or fall on it. I would pay good money to see him fall on his own saber.lol

Well, IPM, you aren\'t tainted by the deceiving happy glow nostalgia that causes Gen Z\'ers like me to see \"Star Wars\" as some sort of Citizen Kane with lightsabers. You might be able to see the new movies as *motion pictures*, not symbols of a bitter, cruel, trick ending to years of loyalty and anticipation.

If Lucas avoids the PG rating and just goes for what he needs to do, I think it\'ll rock, plain and simple. Especially if that charred Anakin is in there... oooh, sweetness.

I\'ll be watching this at midnight, first showing the day it comes out.

I was hoping that George Lucas would hand the reins over to another director like he did with Empire Strikes back and Return of the Jedi. I was thinking Kevin Smith or John Waters.

I am old enough to remember the trailer for Empire Strikes Back and watching Vader steal Han\'s pistol, couldn\'t wait then, can\'t wait now. For all the naysayers, remember when the bad guys win, the movie was excellent, and we know that the Empire gets to do a little payback. We know that Episode 1 was a BenHur remake, and 2 was a Spartacus remake, so will 3 be Frankenstein or will the Jedi be Gone with the Wind, a long time ago, in a galaxy far far away.
BTW, did anyone notice the plane in the Incredibles was IG99, bounty hunter reference or coincidence?
