I bought a Sslyth which was a misscast, it had a large deformed lump of resin on the shoulder blade.
Meh, it was my second finecast mini and the first one was fine. I took it back to the shop and they gave me another, I asked them to open it in branch.
Must have been from the same batch cause it had the exact same misscast on the shoulder.
The lad I was speaking to tried to convince me it would be easy enough to fix (nonsense) and the manager overheard and told him to get me one I was happy with.
I took the third one out the box and had a look at it and it seemed fine, it was later when I was base coating it I realised that the two halfs of the mould were not alligned properly.
Four "finecast" mini's, 3 were misscast. I called CS and the guy sent me out a replacement figure.
If the price had dropped I wouldn't mind as much but with the higher price equalling poorer quality figures I think it will be aq while before I buy any others.
