Unfortunately then I can\'t really give advice on the matter. Though I can try and give you an idea on what I mean by giving you a quick story on what happened to me yesterday at work,
Where I work its open out where the people I work with can see me 9 hours a day where ever I go. As I said before I have people at work who I\'d love to have 5 mins in a quiet room alone with them with nothing more than a cricket bat. Like earlier on yesterday I got blamed for my department losing £300 over 2 days work, it was later proved that it wasn\'t me at all, but the person who\'s fault it was didn\'t come forward and take responsibility, instead he stayed quiet hoping not to be found out. He came up to me as I was leaving and said sorry, even though I\'m sure he wasn\'t as someone who was sorry wouldn\'t have put someone else in that position. At that point I just wanted to turn around to him, give him some harsh words followed by fist or two.
But at the end of the day it won\'t get me far except for may be more trouble with my manager, so I opted to just go home and take my anger out on the punch bags.
As I said before, don\'t let others get you down. I know its hard to do sometimes,
Nick,
