Sigh...
Well, I broke a drill bit in the arm I was going to pin on my skaven. It still had a little room to put a pin so not too bad. It wasn\'t enough to glue the pin in the arm and have it not move when I needed to adjust it by filing so I glued the other end into the shoulder socket. Okay, or so I thought. However, the pin, due to the broken drill bit, needed to be quite short and I had to cut it back, unfortunately slightly more than was sticking out from the shoulder, by which I mean that there was a hollow in the shoulder but it needed to be less than the dpth of that hollow. I had to carefully and very slowly file it down. Finally got it to the right size, only to find that the two parts didn\'t align accurately. Crap! There wasn\'t enough room to pull the pin out from the shoulder so I had to try and cut and file the rest away and just trust in the bond being good enough without the pin. So I worked some more on it. But when the two halves finally could touch, it still wouldn\'t align as a fold in the robes got in the way. And so I filed some more away. It only got slightly better before I realised it\'s not going to be right. I\'ve had to give up for tonight as my eyes won\'t focus enough.
