Okay, I know I\'m pretty easygoing when it comes to watching things.

That being said, I did enjoy the show. They have some interesting things being done with it. Some more time-travel than was in the movies, which I for one had always wondered about.

As for Summer Glau, I think she\'s a great actress and I like the idea of a terminator better suited to \"fitting in\".

They\'ve had a couple of interesting things that alter the storyline a bit.

Overall pretty decent, IMO.

Well, the female terminator chassis was used in both the movies (T2 impersonating John\'s foster mother & T3) and in various books.
In one of the books Skynet found out that the female chassis had a higher kill ratio simply because they were not perceived as much as a threat as the hulking Male models by the humans.

Even better news, when asked if the rumours that Christian Bale was set to play a lead role were true, the producer giving the interview said \"no comment, you can draw your own conclusions from that\".

Could have been worse; Jeremy Kyle Glover...yeah, think about it.

Evildave, I can\'t recall a female terminator chasis in T2.. It was the liquid Terminator impersonating Johns mother the T2000somethingorother Windows vista version 1.0

Good point. I personally think that she is a bit too compassionate (right word?) in the role of a killing machine but your point does make sense.

I totally agree that she is great actress and moreover she´s beautiful and very good at kicking ass. So perfect choice for a action packed show.

Well, since it was a liquid, it could be female, which it took advantage of.
The point is, Skynet is wily so will use whatever it can to kill the humans as fast and efficient as possible. I wouldn\'t be surprised at a child terminator, since it would immediately be perceived as no threat.
