The minis n the dark vengeance box are very nice. But the box set has two major issues that makes it fail aswell:
1) the two forces are in no way even remotely balanced, so as a starter set to share with a mate, the chaos player will feel shafted.
2)a lack of a decent and explanatory painting guide.
In bought the set with the intent to build both armies, but have ended up building neither as both the codexes are reaaalllyyyy boring.
The chaos minis were great fun to paint though.
