good idea, or maybe like i was whipped into place in ne of my favourite pastimes by a pubesecnent child. i think that has a nice ring to it:beer:

I would never put anything scornful about my opponent, he was a worthy adversary and it was a good competition to the end.

I fear that if phophets pics had been able to show the detail that he has put into the model, it may have been a different story.

Im really happy to win and also even more suprised to be the first winner on the thread.

Im glad u like the vamp, but as a quick question to people can anyone (apart from phophet who i have told) work out what the image on the wing is supposd to be?

What I like most about your model is the way the smooth blends and limited pallete really work together. I\'m not at all bashing the Prophet, his was good, but I really liked yours. Well done again!

I commented on the misty look in the wing to E.y in PM\'s when he submitted it, and I thought it was a misty dragon\'s head, myself.
Look at it with your head tilted to the right, though, and you\'ll see that it\'s a vampire head, looking down.
I think it\'s excellent, because it\'s nebulous enough that it can almost be whatever you want to see, and is understated enough not to take anything away from the rest of the mini.

Springbok and I are doing well, should be finished before the deadline as we both have other comps, IP6 for one, to deal with. Have to say this scratchbuild challenge is the most fun I\'ve had for ages, beats the hell out of just painting. But then I\'m crap lol
