You don\'t see him do that too often now. Its interesting even looking at that clip how larger he looks now than eight years ago. There has been some intense weights done over the last couple of years to bulk him up and as such he is one of the best defenders and tacklers in the game at the moment I think. He\'s step and turn of speed may have suffered as a result though, but he still has plently. I personally would love to see him get another crack at the lions captainacy because of what happened in New Zealand.

I don\'t think too many people would complain about O\'Connell getting the captainacy either though. I hear that superman wears Paul O\'Connell pajama\'s :D;)

Hmm as for other lions, I think its hard to predict, but the majoriaty from Wales and Ireland.

My only worry is that if the Welsh hate the Irish so much how will they get on in the Lions camp? You\'d swear Gatty knew nothing about the celtic nations love of seeing the red rose taken down a peg or two! :D

The Lions is an unique arrangement - whatever Gatland said will be forgotten. It\'s true to say though that we enjoying beating the Irish :D. And why not indeed! Munster, twice Euro champs, a headstart on Wales with the provincial game, triple crowns galore....they\'ve been mega-consistent. No wonder Easterby was miffed Wales won the GS in 2008 - he said quit5e publicly that the Irish were better. I\'d say we\'re on a par :innocent:
