TIME TO VOTE - Wereshark WYRD Painting Contest

Heh...I actually got mine pretty early, but procrastinated all to heck and back. I almost didn\'t even finish it (such as it is), until my sister started giving me a hard time for buying the model and not doing anything with it. Not that I haven\'t done THAT before.

As it was, I think if I had about two or three more days and just a couple of other materials for the base, it would\'ve probably been better. I was running around crazy last week, though, so oh well.

Glad to hear that there will be come coming in at the last minute - to be honest, I was starting to think that the whole thing was just gonna be a big \'blow\'.

Oh, and the next miniature(s) have been chosen for the follow up contest. Just gotta \'secure\' a few things and make certain this one goes well before carrying on.

Like Duende I finally finished mine as well and sent the pictures off to Nathan. Looking at it I see a few dozen things I would change, but you always have to pick a point and say \"done\". Hope it gets there OK, can\'t wait to see what everyone has done. I think that this is going to be fun!

I hear ya Jim. I spent several hours messing with a couple of different cameras and some different lighting and never did get pictures that I was 100% happy with. I sometimes think that the photography part of this is harder than the painting!

Hi folks!

As Supervike has already stated, the contest submissions time has finally come to an end and I spent the morning putting up the photos for the contest. Believe me, next time I\'ll make a requirement for the size of the photo.



In order to vote (its on a submenu - under HOW TO VOTE) simply send an e-mail with your selections, hopefully with some constructive critique and comments. I really liked the \'feel\' of the Chick Challenge voting system, thus I have decided to \'borrow it\'.
