@ Andy Grrrrrrrrrrrrrr Nah it's all good, there will be others and Salute isn't really that far away

thanks for pointing me in the direction of Glazed over's WIP some great tips. Sone other fantastic inspirational WIP's there as well
@ John. Mate I'll take all the advice I can get. I'll never reach a point where I'm beyond learning and critique is how I'll develop and grow. So advise away my friend
@ BDazzler thanks buddy. Truth be told the hold was intended for a larger figure but he's been swapped out for this goblin. While I like the new figure and narrative Thr change has had the unfortunate side affect of creating dead space. Not a problem however as I'm going to load the hold up with lots of eye candy. Treasure, weapons, Orky detritus and hopefully a lantern (if I can make it) There's also the hull to put in place which should close the space in a little more.
Gents thanks gain for the advice and feedback. I went for a combination of the green to shade and a stippled red/ flesh tone mix for some texture and highlights. Not sure if it's visible in the photo but the green has brought it to life. It reads as a deep red, almost velvet in hand now rather than a red tinted leather
cheers guys
Tim
