war

I believe war is one of the things the british are truly good at, just lucky for the rest of the world we havent turned to the dark side....yet:sinister:

Innit blud, standard!

Strangely, I reckon half the reason we're so good at it is actually because of the humour...And ya'know, that less important stuff like training and ...stuff.
Spiffy uniforms also help. Everyone knows the more pimp you look, the better your chances are of winning.

No flaw at all! I said pimp, this guy just looks like a reject from the 80's and a bit of a twat all round.
Bit like an ADD riddled boy scout with a penchance for megalomania and sadism.

Almost there on the main body. Just a few bits to finish, then I need to do the sword and the cloak. Although to be honest I'm torn on the cloak, as it would cover up quite a bit of the back of the figure. Such a shame:crying:

Looking really nice Trys!

As for the cloak - re-sculpt time! Have it billowing back and to the left side (as you're looking at her back) and you'll still be able to see what ya want to see. ;)

I found nice and very easy way to paint black.
bacesoat: mix of black + space wolf grey (around 1:1)
highlights: add more spacewolf grey to the mix (if on small parts u can use only space wolf grey)
second highlights: ghostly grey
shadows: make separate mixes of black + dark green/ black + violet/ Black + red ink.

U can blend first highlight with one of above mixes. if u want mid tones to be warmth use black+red/violet. For the deepest shadows use all mixes, this will make black more rich and deep.
Shades colors should be diulted to the wash/ink consystency

Try to avoid black+blue mix couse of the blue hue of the space wolf grey. It'll be to monohromatic.
