Okay, if it's not THAT blue, then it looks like you're going the right direction. But between your reference pic and taking into account the camera phone, I'm still thinking it's a little harsh. I like the effect you got on her left ribcage with the color and think that's closer to the mark than anywhere else but maybe consider taking it a little more purple around the transition edges.
The blue in the photo seems almost like what a hot spot might be on NMM but since I'm not so great on that I dunno. The transition area on the reference photo from blue to normal lighting seems more like a purplish...like Reaper's Ashen Brown, just a little darker. Maybe approach it not as BLUE but go for a cool, dark flesh tone instead. Save the stronger blue for the upper part of the highlight.
