Okay, I must apologise at not saying Hi to people on Liz\'s behalf. I guess that means a trip to the Freak Bar basement for me then.

@Squig. The shop closed at 4 but Bugman\'s was still open. We passed you on the way to the train station. Just where did your parents park the car, or were you walking all the way back to London?

As as been mentioned chief there will be a gathering at Games Day but also no doubt Salute .. and others around the country so hopefully you should be able to get along.

@darklord . Thanks a ton for the lift you are one of lifes Gentlemen...

@gobboteef.. That\'s who you were .. although to be honest if you\'d told me your username was Gobbo teef I still wouldn\'t have been clear on who you were .. I\'m a bit of a brick like that.

@sg2009 Sam You should have given me a slap on the head or a shout or something matey .. The first event where I actually managed to get there and we still didn\'t have a chat..

At times I\'ll be honest it got a bit confusing who was at the event and who was a WW customer who had been drawn towards the eye candy....

Have to agre it did feel like that at times :D
It was still a great day though, just wish it could have been a lot cooler in the hall.

@As for extracting the Micheal out of the photos of Nigel, for those that missed it think yourself lucky you didn\'t see him handling his own figures...I didn\'t know whether to cry or hit him when he picked his demon up by the wing and handed it to me as if it was a biscuit.

@Mike where did you get that other photo of Squig from??? the resemblance is amazing lol

Have to admit though he is a talented little devil and if he is intending to enter unbloods this year then stand by for his head to swell even more.

I\'ll post a few more photos of other peoples stuff a bit later right now I need to sort out the GIMP Article and get that posted as it is proving to big a file to post to people so I am going to put it into the articles section here :D

must of been a very short trip.

not as short as your inside leg measurement.

I am SO sad not to have been there, spent most of the day being beaten up by 2 year olds (like I was attacked by a tribe of Nigel\'s) at my god-daughters b\'day party.

Good do! Feel like I missed an important event.

It was good and I think it will get even better as more people get to know each other and the word spreads.

A shame you couldn\'t make it but one day I will add you to the list of folks in the mini-painting world that I will have spoken to.

I\'ve been talking to OrkyDave and Andy the GW Cov manager today and he\'s going to get in touch with the manager of the Sutton Coldfield battle bunker and see if we can arrange a local West Mids meetup in a few months time. We\'ll see if we can get a few more of the locals on board, there must be some good painters in and around Brum.

And if there aren\'t, there will be when we get finished with them :D

Well for those that are after the GIMP article it is now done and awaiting the attention of a moderator as after saving it I can\'t find a button to upload it so I am presuming it gets flagged at this point to a moderator who then approves it :D

I have also finished adjusting the rest of the photos that I took, some I am happy with a few of Mike\'s I am not so I won\'t show the ones I am not happy with :D

Anyway here are the others from those that brought figures to me to photograph :D

UNDERSTATEMENT of the Year!
Even Dragonsreach, although he and his mustache scare me, I am utterly conviced that it is sentient and leads a life of it\'s own. Dammit Mike I like my fingers!
I\'ll have you know that there\'s nothing wrong with my \'tache.
Ok granted it\'s ten years older than Freakinacage, but so what...;)
As for your fingers well.....time and GamesDay will tell :twisted:

*Edit* P.P.S Mike (Dragonsreach) you git!
I don\'t know what you mean..:innocent:
