I actually really like the colours you used for the leather belt (And the book?)
What did you use?

@ DaN for the book and belt it is simply schorched brown with higlights of bleched bone mixed in, sorry i don\'t know the praportions i use, just don\'t highlight up to straigh bleched bone, and it should look good

Mix some Codex Grey into Dark Angels Green for hilighting Dark Angels. Looks really good. Be sure to be subtle at first since the Grey takes over pretty quickly when mixing.

Re: the commissar, I quite like it. Good color choices. The Dwarf could possibly use some softer hilights though, edge hilighting muscles isn\'t necessarily the way to go since there isn\'t actually an edge there.

I Love that 40,000 model! Im not a big fan of the SF stuff but I may change my mind! The painting is sharp and I love the colors.

About the dwarf, what colors did you use? What you done so far on him looks great! Keep up the good work man!

sorry i haven\'t updated, i have kind of forgotten about this, and have been away fopr 3 weeks,

@meanmuttley -well the colours on the dwarf are just the usual gw, skin= the standard 2 fleshes, which i have forgotten the names for as i have stopped using gw paints, and the shorts are, kommand khaki highlighted up to bleached bone, and the green is one of the foundation greens, the browns are schorched highlighted up through to vomit.

in a few mins i will take some new pics and show how little i have done

These Dwarfs are looking quite good! What colors did you use for the dwarf holding the beer?

er.. i cnt remember wt colours i used. well i know the cloak was based with regal blue with succesive higlisht throuh eletric blue to ice blue thne a dark blue glaze. the red is just scab red to blood rd ana little orange. the skin has tllern flesh with elf flesh highlights, beard is kmmando khaki up to cleached bone with shade washes of darker brown.
