And who remembers Manfred Mann?? Sly and the Family Stone? Wild Cherry?

I still like fart jokes, video games, Daffy Duck and my beard is almost all white!! I CANT BE THAT OLD!!

I was at a garage sale. A little girl picks up an LP and exclaims \"what a big CD\"!.......I felt old. I\'m kind of enjoying it. All that I have learned was hard won and valuable.

lol

I do know what a 45 is too and that fat post you had to put on the turntable to make them fit, or those little yellow inserts that went in the hole.

Yes you\'re getting old... I listened to Thin Lizzy when I was like 16-17 or something...

Listening To Zappa atm, Dvorak and Krzysztof Komeda earlier. John Coltrane when I was out for a walk.. And I\'m very much looking forward getting John Martyns London Conversation.. hopefully soon.

How old am I? ;)

Well if you havn\'t already get Solid Air, his very best.
Sunday\'s Child is a good one aswell.

But those are the only two I have on my comp/CD (they were my two faves so I went and downl..ahem bought them) all the rest of his albums iv got on LP so I don\'t listen to them as much.

Edit:
Yes.. or I mean no! It\'s compressed but it should get \"any\" loss of quality. Which is quite ironical though.. as CD-quality definately has huge loss of information. I find that funny.. when people buy this really expensive gear to loose no information and still play CD\'s through it.

Well. Apparantly my Winamp was just too old.. I dread downloading a new version though.. I updated once before and then it froze up programs etc.

.flac is just annoying IMO, doesn\'t really have much purpose from what I gather.

BTW Avelorn VLC plays it, but I found a converter on the net to turn it into MP3.
