hot..hot..hot..hot.....
didn\'t get to do any painting today, to hot and humid. the paint was drying to fast...so just threw up my hands and called it a day, and went to find something cool to drink.
didn\'t get to do any painting today, to hot and humid. the paint was drying to fast...so just threw up my hands and called it a day, and went to find something cool to drink.Worked on a conversion of Big Boris (well, pretty simple conversion, just added hair ) and the fur of a woolly rhino that has the Masquerade Miniatures Berserker converted into a rider (had to get rid of the swords and give him a massive battle-axe and shield as well). Added to the re-release of the Copplestone Barbarians, it has been a day of barbaric splendour in my household!

I tried for a bit earlier tonight, but sitting there under my two lamps and I was sweating to beat the band! In turn this was making me rush what I was doing...and we all know how that turns out. The good thing about it was that it wasn\'t on the eversor I\'d been working on, but another mini I thought I\'d start, so if I fricked it up too bad, I\'ll simply strip it and start again!

Love the silky-blue of that material Dragonsreach. I\'m normally turned off by manga/anime figures (long story there) but you did this one nicely.
I still haven\'t painted. Today is definately going to be \"Organize the paint area and make my husband watch the kid\" day.
Because next weekend is the George Romero \"Stay up all night with George and watch zombie movies at an old cotton gin outside of Austin\" night.

@mickc22: Just been over to Cody\'s Coop. Man that guy\'s got talent. Loved the Yuna conversion. And the paintwork is great. Cheers for that.

*sighs* maybe the Librarian will come out better... I can paint blue armor much better than black :~(

Pictuires reveal all the little tiny mistakes that you miss when you look with the naked eye, don\'t sweat it.
I\'m still being crippled by flu so no painting Might have a go at soemthing easy tonight.
dammit I hate being ill at weekends, why can\'t I be ill during the week so I can get a day off work?
