What do you do

Well... (Get some food, this is long)

in the past two years I\'ve been a college student, a police cadet, a security dispatcher, a warehouse clerk, and I\'m now painting full-time \'cause I busted my dumb knee again (no more warehousing) and cause people will pay me to play with their toys :)

I\'m in the process of returning to school to further my education, and get a real job.

So, to answer the question, I\'d say I\'m a professional holder of an english degree.

Jkaen, what does a chemical engineer do.

(Would like to know cause my degree says I am one and all I seem to do is get to play in the mud)

My favorite gig is as a Bass player- I\'ve played with some pretty OK local bands- my favs are the blues and jazz ones, but, I\'ll about play anything. Was a medic, then became a nurse outta that one- so it pays my bill and is pretty fun too. There have been many dudes hoping for a hottie, then I walk in, still slays me sometimeslol.
I\'ve worked as a ski instructor/ ski-patroller on my family\'s hill as well.
It\'s all good, us X\'ers are supposed to find a pile of different jobs/junk to try.:innocent:

I run two fitness centers and do some personal training on the rare occasions that I have the time (my only current regular client is my stepfather - national champ bench presser at 62 years old and 198 pounds he did 402.5 pounds!).

Well from what I remember from what most of my year was doing after graduating seems most chemical engineers go into the city and make lots of money!

As for me I sit at my desk working on quotes and writing fluid dynamics software / spreadsheets so the none degree people in the office can quote stuff also.

As with so many of us I work in IT.
But hey it brings in a wage, and there are worse jobs around. :)

Yeah, try figure painting!

lol
Wouldn\'t mind but I still have to eat. lol
One benefit from painting mini\'s they don\'t say stupid things like \"I never touched it, it did it itself\" , or \"Well I never deleted that file.\" when the Novell log shows that is exactly what they have just done.

One of my technicians got into trouble over this: Someone rang up and their exact words were \"Can you help a stupid person?\"
His responce: \"Only if you keep still long enough for me to put a bullet through your head!\"

Ah the speaking your thought aloud problem. Still it gave us a laugh at the time.
