having said that, brown kneadatite is great for more \'inorganic\' shapes (swords etc) and ive found procreate is great for detail (like faces), but doesnt always stick too easily... both are good mixed 50:50 with green stuff too.
i find brown stuff easier to get the desired results with than green. i do like procreate but it seems tough to get a smooth finish on large areas, so i wouldnt personally use it on a whole mini.
if your feeling fruity

you can always mix epoxy and hardener from different putties: eg yellow (from green stuff) and white (from brown stuff) or blue and brown. this will give different (and interesting) results plus works well for visualising your mini as you can use different colours for different parts :bouncy:
