What\'s your workspace like?

You have not seen my 2 daughters\' (14 & 16) rooms. \"Kingdom of Chaos Lords\" does not even begin to describe them. More like \"knee deep in clothes with little piles of dishes\". They are the only use I have found for snow shovels in Florida.

The Lords of Choas have left the building...

well they haven\'t quite left my painting area?(swamp may be more accurate) they just refuse to pay any more rent till I tidy.

lol

seriously ladies (@nailpainter especially) I am embarressed by your neatness must try to get in touch with my feminine side. I am so untidy two weeks ago I filled an 8 metre cube (9 cubic yards(US trans)) Skip (dumpster?) with crap from my house.

Femininity acquired

I\'m back, after applying lipstick and donning some tights (pantyhose ?) I\'ve emptied the ashtray (wow the experiment worked)

next installment ...
will wearing a dress help me keep my paints in order .

I figure if nothing else the tights would keep your parts in order :D

Oh, my apologies....

....sorry to set such a bad example, guys...I\'ll forward new pictures after it\'s messed up a bit. And, Airhead, I especially know your woes and everybody else who has children! You see, mine looked the same way, but there\'s nobody home now but me, so my house is as I leave it. A snow shovel in Florida....what a hoot! lol

Greymane, it\'s okay to get in touch with your feminine side, but if you continue to wear stockings and lipstick, I\'m afraid we\'ll both be subject to finn\'s counceling...not that that\'s a bad thing, mind you. And, with steelcult\'s mention of \'holding things in place.\' yes, this is true, but eventually, pieces and parts would scream,\"FREEDOM!\" :moon:

I\'ll have you know I know where everything important is on my desk.
So do I.....................It\'s in there somewhere!
I used to be able to find everything by the tried and trusted Sherlock Holmes method of levels of dust. But my wife made me tidy up before family came to visit. Now I can\'t find a damn thing!lol

EDIT:
By accident I clicked twice within 5 seconds while trying to post. I got a great message telling me that this was not an expected action so the second post was canned. How cool is that, saves idiots like me double posting....:)

And everything important that I OWN is on or near my desk lol

Oh, and @Dragonsreach: I\'ve gotten that message before, too. It is pretty cool, but you get credit for admitting to getting it lol

the picture quality isn\'t the best, I know, but you can still see the wonderful, creative mess that I call my workplace. :)
To the left there\'s a tray of tools, and a bunch of WIPs. To the right you can see my palette, which is an old cd, next to my container of basing sand (which I collected at my bf\'s summerhouse in the archipelago). On the wall hangs two pictures of my earlier work. The computer screen looks familiar, huh? ;)
Oh, and of course there\'s also my glass of coffee! can\'t paint without it. The only thing missing is the cats who regularely tries to walk across the table, or just play with my toys. So, here\'s pics of them, just because they\'re so darn cute:)

Okay, I am most jealous.
Not only do you have a dedicated work space (something I lack) but you have a dedicated work BUILDING!!

And another thing. You have an office with a window!

Aaaarrrgggh! It\'s white...Blinded by dazzle from bright light. And no paint splashes??? What kind of painter are you? :D

Got to admit that\'s a little scary, I\'m used to chaos, clutter, dust * and missing items. (Hey it adds to the fun when I find them again).

*(my wife refuses to go in to my room for fear of what she might find. We had visitors go in once, don\'t know what happened to them.) lollol
