nope i work in a hospital. we have a uniform that we must adhere to. although i am working till midnight tonight and i will be wearing theatre blues after 5, they are much more comfy. and my converse all stars
Our company has a \'dress down Friday\' which is always amusing watching the \'suits\' come in in their jeans and trainers.
I basically wear what I want everyday but contemplated turning this on its head by coming in wearing shirt and tie on a Friday, but I doubt people would see the irony...

Aye, it\'s casual day here every Friday as well, and for once I\'m actually going casual on my approach to work, not just my clothing. I\'ve had a titful here today and it\'s the first of 6 lovely shifts...

Imagine, 6 in one day. I\'d top myself. Two weekends in work on the trot for me, and I don\'t feel very casual thinking about that, I tells yer.
Its a strange concept to me, having worked either in building or music all my days (strange combination, i know lol)
I actually find it quite refreshing & different to put on a suit/shirt & tie (unless its for a court appearance lol)
to get back to your question, one of the funniest \'friday things\' ive seen was on a building site many years ago. The painters had new apprentices, so on the friday they decided to \'initiate\' them into the trade (a common practice im told). One poor lad got stripped of his trousers & had his \'nether regions\' coated in emulsion, the other got black gloss painted behind his ears lol

As of Tuesday my office goes back to regular business dress. It being a desert and all we get \"casual\" between Memorial Day and Labor Day. Of course this being California thier idea of \"Business dress\" is \"you can only wear jeans to work if your shirt has a collar on it. No T shirts under any circumstances\".

Just because it\'s casual friday, doesn\'t mean you shouldn\'t wear pants.

No casual Friday\'s where I work, but blue jeans are okay on Saturday\'s. Every day is Business Casual which generally means no shorts, no blue jeans and a collared shirt.
Thankfully though it doesn\'t matter today as they gave us a 4 day weekend for Labour day. Which is nice after two 3AM to 3PM shifts.
