If you think you\'ve seen this girlie before, you\'d be right. She appeared in a thread about 2 years ago when I was questioning how the hell to shade white! Well she has sat on the shelf since then because I was never confident I had the skills to do her justice. Sure I\'ve done other models since, but they have been a lot smaller and in my opinion, less technical. Rackham has always been my \'holy grail\' - I love the detail and emotion they give their figures.
Peter had an Ashan\'Tyr to finish as a commission, so we decided to do them together. I\'m amazed at how different the two models look. I\'m lucky to have someone who will put up with my painting tantrums and give me encouragement to complete what I started
:innocent:
I loved making the base, which in itself represents a huge achievement for me. It\'s funny what you can create with some coffee stirers, two pieces of cork, some sand and a little imagination
Oh and that cool water-effects stuff too. I have plenty of pics if anyone is interested in seeing how it was put together.
As usual, votes and comments gratefully received. Thank you in advance
