Tidoco, better get a proper background man, the focus is on the dwarf flesh basecoated mini in the back.
But the Inquisitor is looking ace, great 54mm job, I like the purple shadows in the green and red, fits him well

Thanks for the replys on my marine I like him very much myself, but I actually don\'t know what he is cause I have never played 40k (only wfb) and it just says \"space marine\" on the blister. His body and head are metal but the arms are plastic.

astonia - love it! the weathering is great. as for a base, i would go for something dark. maybe earthy with a little melthing snow left over or a metal/industrial style base with a little snow collected in any recesses

Hmm, this mini was going to be for spacemunkie\'s contest, but James at Lovablelobsterproductions.com wants me to finish it tomorrow, for special reasons.

Calavera it seems good to me so far,if i must say something against: maybe the shoulder armor is too clean and shiny for the worn mood of the mini.

My WIP

Here\'sone of my WIP, I still have to finnishe the base. I had planned it for spacemunki\'s contest and artemis b;ack contest but since I wasn\'t that found of the mini it was kind of a rush job so I just whent out and got another mini for the contets, this one will be probably end up on Ebay.

She\'s a dark age mini from the dragyi line. I think she\'s called yovanka.
@spacemunki: I guess the red\'s ok the probleme is that NMM gold under it, was a nighmare to do and it dosn\'t looks good at all.

@FK the gold nmm looks fine,I just think you have lost the depth between the detail.Give it a selective wash of say brown in the recesses to bring out the raised bits.A bit like darklining them.

Hi, here\'s my latest work in progress: it\'s an old dwarf slayer from marauder miniatures, skin and hairs/beard are almost done ( i\'ll apreciate comments anyway) the rest is still to do.
My idea was: the axe head on gold nmm, the axe pole on iron nmm, the jewelry on gold nmm and the gems on green. pants deep red or white/ red stripes.
Any advice would be apreciated thx.

here is my WIP

i still have to finish the cape and the clothy junk..and paint up the little cherubs....and base her..oh and do the bottom part that she floats above... all help on what i can do to improve would be much apreciated
