Went back and re-read. I stand corrected with my hands out for Gin to whack the back of with the meter-stick. She too was only expressing an opinion and I got defensive.

I\'m not wanting to make too much of this issue which at the time was unpleasant enough.
There were two \'Waves\' of emails one set of four was when Tammy was in the middle of her crisis and I took over the co-ordination. These basically threw insults at both Tammy and I.
The next couple were directly after my public explosion on the forum. These were directed at me and the basic structure was a question of \"Who did I think I was\"....\"You are not God to dictate\"....etc.\"
While I do not pretend to be, or take on the mantle of a saint, I did not need nor felt that I deserved this.

In all cases the language was crass and vulgar. The email addresses were easily created Hotmail accounts. I gave in after the last one and reported the whole issue to Hotmail services. To date I have not recieved anymore or even an update from Hotmail.

These items, conflicts at work and the issues which I detailed at the earlier part of this thread have added to the Stress levels I experience. So much so recently that the physical manifestations of stress have affected the medical condition I have, resulting in 9 attacks of Menieres Syndrome in three weeks.

Mike, if ever there was a definition of a cowardly wanker, people that send anonymous hate-email would be right up there on the list. DO NOT let them get to you. Your sanity and health are not worth worrying about what some sniveling git has to say from the shadows.

You went way above and beyond the call on Paint Aid and deserve nothing but kudus and credit. When you get over here, I\'ll buy the first couple of rounds for your work on this project and this site in general.

That sounds kind of fan-boyish, but it is not. That is nothing but well EARNED praise.

Wow, thank you, I had to go back and read two pages to see what you were apologizing for, (thanks for the PM also)
I am not sure where to start, first off, I took no offense and anything you said. My comment was a general comment and in no way directed at Shawn. He seems to be a very nice fella.
I typically do NOT enter into any of the religious discussions here. I am of a VERY like mind with Finn about religion. I could go on for pages explaining the abuse I suffered as a teen from Holy Roller foster parents who forced me to read the bible and blah blah blah, but I won\'t. Suffice to say that it turned me against organized religion. unfortunately during my years in the military I learned the hard way that there are \"Good Christians\" who feel it is their \"God Given Right\" to tell me I am going to Hell, I am a bad person...

And even one Drill Sergeant who thought he could convert me by making me do pushups (and lots of other public abuse). Because I did not believe in God.

So lets just say 99% of me dealings with religion have been BAD.

I should not have ever posted my comment and I am sorry to all that I offended.

Thank you again Airhead for putting me back on to this thread, I did not realize my comment had been so badly taken. I have been up to my ears in \"work stress\" (only 4 more days till school starts)!

Damn Mike - SOB\'s should have their lives revoked, but that\'s just my opinion.

As for work stress, well, one thing I have learned after a year here in the land o\' sand is we put the stress on ourselves. Yeah, the pressure is there to perform, but its the outlook you take that puts the stress on it for you or not - if your outlook is positive, then the stress is not so bad - if negative, then everything sucks. Hell, we got shelled last night and had a group party in the bunker, so I guess we\'ve all got our stress levels down.

I could be wrong however:D

Gin, that would be Hell. Chuck E. Cheeses with a pack of ankle biters? I am so glad we only had a couple of years of that phase.
