I just asked about reproduction of the dragon over at creafigs and got asked if I knew any available female dragons. lol

Anyway, the dragon is a hobby one-of. So I\'m afraid it will not get cast (unless some company pics up on it).

With lionman rider? :D
Pst, VIP? ;)

As to the x-mas dragon, best we could hope for is that a company like Fenryll likes it enough to use for their series. Hmm, should we drop a subtle hint there?

Or a not so subtle hint. That is one cool dragon. I wish I had one protecting my minis. Uhhh, I\'m with Trevor on the gimp, that was disturbing. His comment was LOL funny though.

Actually, I thought the lionman might look better on a manticora or a sphinx.

How can one cast the ribbon?

Did I miss out on a dragon sculpting VIP, or is that the current subject?

Here\'s an idea, what if all you fine folks headed off to the current sculpt project thread and told all of the sculptors to hurry up and finish the cyber-angel design? We could then start sculpt project n°2, a.k.a. : code dragon ;). They\'re going to hate me over there ;).

@Minimaker, could it be cast though? I mean, it looks like its a one piece, made in sculpey, so I\'m guessing there may well be casting issues with it. Its a real pitty though, becazuse it is quite unusual!

@Greenstuff, I like the idea of a dragon mini as the next sculpting project and I also really liked the idea of the lionman too. But the rate I\'m getting on with the VIP thats currently running I\'d probably just end up holding things up!

Many questions.

Casting the x-mas dragon. I\'d guess it can actually be cast. Multi-part. I just had a look at the bow and when cast separatly I don\'t think it should be a problem. As to the use of FIMO, well, that\'s why I was thinking of Fenryll. French companies like Fenryll, Illyad and Rackham are used to FIMO masters. The other reason is that Fenryll is the only company I can think of where a figure like this would fit in the range.
One thing not yet mentioned is that the dragon is fairly bit, about 20cm (8\"). Quite an investment for a company.
Now, how to go about dropping hints?

VIP: there is a list on site where you can drop suggestions. Not a dragon on it yet. :) As to the current subject: \"things that go bump in the night\".

Current sculpting project. Go ahead and hop over to give your opinions. :D
