As to sushi, best I\'ve ever had was in a tiny restaurant in the outskirts of Boston. The guys theres are master cooks. The way it was made creates such a subtle taste that I\'ve sat there for minutes after a bite just savouring. The taste went all around your tongue and every moment it was like a new sensation, a new taste. :)
Unfortunately this has meant that all sushi I\'ve ever had since just tastes boring to me. :(

There are a number of Sushi resteraunts around here that are VERY good, but the San Francisco bay area has a very large Japanese population, so I guess that is to be expected.

That said, I had some amazing sushi a couple of years ago in Tokyo. As much as I still love Sushi, it just isn\'t the same.

Though there were plenty of BAD things to eat in Tokyo as well. Some things I was afraid to try (and I eat a lot of scary food). Like the Domino\'s Pizza Menu in my Tokyo hotel room that offered pizza topped with tuna and mayo...

Okay..they\'re both types of hamburger...:D Happy now?

HOG\'S PUDDING

3 1/2 lbs ground pork

3/4 cup dried bread crumbs

1/2 tsp pepper

3/4 tsp salt

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/8 tsp ground cumin

1/8 tsp celery powder

1/8 tsp ground oregano

1/2 tsp onion powder

sausage sized casings

Place ingredients in a large bowl and mix. Stuff casings with the mixture( a great deal of work) tie the bottom when you have the amount that you want, and repeat until all the mixture is used, cut and boil until done. Yum, yum.
