Thanks guys, yeah Skel he was converted from a reaper raven and his beak and head are all wrong too, but I'm still just a novice with sculpting so it's hit and miss sometimes, also he's so freaking small!!! :p

That water effect came out grand! great work! slaps hand, I need to take the plunge and poor the resin for your base worried its not going to set, my tests took 3 weeks to go hard.

3 weeks?! HOw deep was the resin? I think at most the last one i did was half an inch. i barely used the 2 oz i mixed up so maybe demi's base will take longer to dry or maybe I'll just pour it in a few thinner layers.

about 3mm thick. I tried another test about 20mm and that set in 24 hours, I think there is a perfect median if thickness for optimal setting. Not experienced enough to know that yet.

Hahaha! Troll bridge out. That dwarf looks mighty proud of himself, as you should be with the work you do. You totally got to teach me how you did the sludge out the pipe.

Thanks gang!

Sionid, I think my love or ground work shows in a lot of my pieces. Also, my trials with Vampirella taught me so much about pigments and glazes that i really feel there has been a leap in my technique thanks to trying a bigger scale :D

Digga, the slime at the bottom was pretty simple:

I mixed secret weapon fallout with UHU and just applied it with a toothpick. Once it dried it was very flat so i mixed fallout with some gloss varnish and coated the slime again and added a few rouge drops and runs here and there. once those were dry i hit them once more with a layer of GW water FX just to be sure it looked wet and nasty! ***NOTE: DON'T mix secret weapon washes with GW water FX!!!*** It turns into this weird paste, like semi dried out white glue o_O I'm sure I'll find a use for that accident too on a future project maybe clotted blood or something...
