Shit. Should I? The pressure would be back on - fun pressure, but still....and that other link? Holy flaming crap!!!! So glad my dragon doesn't have scales :bulgy-eyes:

Dude, the Reaper forum is pretty low key. Entries are due Dec. 31st so why not? My dragon doesn't have scales either... can you imagine? I like how he uses his airbrush though.

Do it! Worst case your eligible for an entry drawing. I dug Gauth out of the cabinet of shame several months ago for it. At my rate i may get it primed by the deadline.

I know! Seeing that makes me feel like I have a very long way to go with my airbrush. Okay... okay. I'll plod along at my own pace with the idea that I will enter if I can complete it by the deadline. What's the worst that can happen (and don't say my basement could flood again!) ?

Weeee! Almost done the wings and such. Just a few glazes with some pinkish red on the wings, etc and selective places on the skin to pull it all together. You know what meaty, I may just pull it off this time!

Oh...my..god. I totally could do that, couldn't I? Hmmmm...Should I change themes now from Sleeping Chibi to Raging Barney? Just clip off the wings and paint the tummy scales green...

Thanks Tryst! Chrispy, don't taunt me with Ponies. I have pretty much memorized the Equestria Girls movie. It's all The Agent of Chaos wants to watch these days - that and the episode where Fluttershy learns to be more aggressive :)

Started to putz around with the base. This is how it looks before I start glazes and washes to knock it all down. Looks messy, but that will help once the muddy colors go on. You can see a bit of the purplish grey I added to the stone in places to help tie it to the dragon. It's more pronounced on the dragon's base than the cliff due to it's proximity to the purple skin.

Just a few things left on the dragon and cliff and then I'll paint up the fires and charred wood. After that it's mounting the minis and skulls to the cliff and adding the OSL. I'm being kept up by the tail end of a flu with cough that just won't quit so I'm getting a lot of painting done. Sleep is for the weak!!! :sleepy:

Glad you could get more work in on this project, Zab! I think with all it's complexity, the base is going to take awhile but it's good you've got the basics in.So, do you guys eat turkey in Canada for Thanksgiving.. or.. what?
