Thanks guys Yeah, Zeb ezra sabine and kanan - the inquisitor and a few troopers and pilots a walker and flyer all came in the set a star wars command toy set from toy r us that The Agent of Chaos con'd me into painting for her -_- ! i got chopper done first cause his colors best matched some from the poison set. I was worried because they were that weird rubbery resin (same as loka and SDE chibis) but they took the primer good and seem to take paint and W&N varnish well too. So now anytime i need a break from the pressure i put on myself for the NOFC minis, I'll just take an hour and crank out one of these minis for the little kid

I could easily be tempted buy that! the grils like watching the original movies but if I put rebels on they complain and want my little ponies. Dairing Do is Boss!

Yeah, i watch my fair share of MLP too Gravity falls and adventure time and star vs the forces of evil are also staples, but The Agent of Chaos is weird. I blame The Lady Inquisitor Please don't tell her.

So much batch painting. Please kill me.
Let's start with a shot of mid way through the glazes on the scorpion armour and go from there. Sketched in some scorpion freehand on the helmets will tidy those up last with glazes last. Needed a break, got Kanan done in about an hour with the poison test paints. I am still really liking them! Back to batch painting...:brushwave:

I also can't believe how much the cmon limited pallete contest helped. I used to grab a crap ton of colors now i'm comfy with like 4 or 5. Knanan was done with a few of the poison paints and white and blue.
AND exciting news: Fernando Ruiz is coming to my town in June to teach a course and i signed up the sec i saw the announcement!!!! Very excited since i don't get to travel to cons and such

Thanks gang! Doing all that in a month almost broke me. Didn't help that my dad threw his back out and doubled my chores and we are in our busiest month at work And yes, all those extra bits are magnetized options - except the extra pad. I just have trouble counting once i run out of fingers so i guess i painted up one too many
