Just to give you an idea of how much real time has elapsed: The mini from the beginning of the 1st video up the the end of this 3rd video has taken a total of 52min. That includes painting, drying time, blabbing at camera, mixing colors, stopping to change water pots and shooting close ups of the work. Just 2 more videos to go

Thanks all! Actually, arch i am taking it easy and just doing the videos and setting up blog posts for now. I have a whole bunch of minis coming and i need a break before i start steampunk leia I want to knock that out of the park for the painting exchange! I should be getting my TGG rewards soon, just got some ninja turtles from shapeways.com i'll be doing a review of and my last chibi primarch from legendarion! So happy i got them all

I approve of the break. Sometimes it's good to take a breath.
Sounds like you have some great projects to come though - Yay! I enjoy seeing your work as it develops.

So after a little rest I am slowly getting back at it. I want this one to be awesome for a mini exchange with moetle so I am taking my time with prep.

and of course the studio assistants came in to help out. Hard to get a clear shot since they are always in motion. This was just after the great paper crafting supply avalanche of twenty ought fifteen -_-

This bust is going to be a real treat for me to watch being painted. It's a pity that there seemed to be so much green stuff work - poor casting or obvious joins?
