High elf lord on Confrontation Griffon steed
I did this model up for a client some time ago. He requested that we swap out the standard GW horse for one of the Confrontation Griffon steeds from Rackham, but keep the colours consistent with his already existing High Elf army. After a bit of bending, filing, and a little bit of green stuff, I finally got it to fit fairly well. The way I envisioned this model was that the elf lord is shouting out encouragement to his troops just before signalling the charge... the portrait of him on his shield shows just how conceited and vain high elf royalty really can be though... As always, comments are welcome.
