Looks pretty good. Don't know what your old ones look like, but this one definitely looks nice. I like the green of his cloak and the gold/bronze of his armor. You even have his eyes painted (one thing I could never do...). One problem I see is that the part of the bow where he's gripping it is also painted the flesh color. I'd go back in there and repaint it brown, if I were you.
