This guys looks like he's about to go arse over tit! Maybe you could sculpt him tripping over a hobbit! Anyway, on a constructive note, I would spend some time smoothing the green stuff - a little dab of water or saliva helps. This will allow you to suggest texture because at the moment it's just looking like blobs of greens stuff. Do as Coyote said - work on your edges. Unfortunately, Green Stuff is not very good for filing/cutting neatly. However, Milliput is excellent for post cured work, it cuts easy, sands and drills just great. Try using it as well as green stuff or even better, mix em up. Try a mix of 70/30 Milliput/Green Stuff for anything with a hard edge. Green Stuff is better than Milliput for organic shapes - fur and cloth for example. Make sure any edges are neat, even and natural looking and your mini will come together much better - the cloth folds are not realistic at the moment. Good luck with your future sculpts.
ps my first attempts at sculpting suffered the same way as this one, so don't be too bothered by it all!
I'm pretty sure that GW will be producing everything they can think of for LOTR, whether it appears in the movies or not.
As for the sculpt. You need to work on hard edges for inorganic material. Try dry scultping by shaving down edges with a knife after the putty is mostly cured.
