Quinn
Love this little gal. This is another enamel on plastic, with an acrylic overcoat (Don't judge me!!), and frankly I think I could have done better all around, but mostly I just love Quinn for her character. She's out of the Firefly rpg system, for a game that was my buddy's first foray into storytelling. Her complications include Little Person and Mute, which mean exactly what they sound like. She's a gremlin of a mechanic from the rim who can only make squeaking sounds, and ends up as the tiny companion for our most racist character, a doctor from the central planets. The rest of crew is equally wonderful - our captain is a fabulous male companion, and our pilot is basically the cute femme version of Wash - and then we've got a regular Jayne muscle character on the side. I'm looking forward to the Jayne-type and captain's dialogues, personally. Not exactly sure how Jayne would fare under the command of an effeminate man in the first place. We shall see~~ Plastic figure, enamel paints, brush-painted.
