...although i would change position of the two gardsmen left/right. "dont point that thing at me boi!"
very cool work 10 that base rock!
I agree with SkelettetS about the Heavy Bolter Guy and He does need to be moved to the right as we look at the picture.
Remember the conversation we had at Euro about the Dragon Battle and the Third Figure not being "Engaged" in that scenario, similar thing here.
Leaving the Heavy Bolter at the left and facing across the others who are all facing forward breaks the visual scan of the set.
Place him at the other side and he's seen something that the others haven't while they are all looking forward.
Also I'm wondering about who else is going into the squad, because so far you've One Dynamic Figure and Two Static poses.
For the Comp I think you need visual balance, having Strackern as the Charging Pyscho-Bunny while the rest are standing still would work if you called it something like, "Crud he's off again!" but I think you need to imply movement to the whole unit.
Even a static figure could imply movement, if you took the Catachan Guardsman who has his Lasgun to his shoulder and added a fine small section of Guitar wire to the business end of the barrel you could paint that as a Las shot and that would Imply Dynamics.

Now having roughly marked out this picture I'm going to point out something, you've gone from a warm Yellow-Green foliage to a cold Blue Green foliage without a smooth or part way transition and it spoils the flow of the base, especially with the draped Yellow Green bit I've flagged.
The Blue-Green either needs a transition to it or re-working to match the rest.
Also try a couple of Warm Spot colours, for example an Orange/Orange Brown or Red lizard or snake visible in the foreground or Red Cap Toadstools, just a little something to break the eye and help the visual flow of the group.
