Oh thanks Oistene! Yeah I am excited to see if I can make a few bucks. It's tough because I would never buy a painted mini. To me the fun part is doing the painting. So it's hard to figure out a price. I auctioned some Killa Kans a year or two ago and I was pretty disappointed because they sold but didn't get bid up. I think I made a little less than $5 an hour. This time around I am not doing an auction and pricing it closer to $15 an hour. If it doesn't sell I am totally happy keeping it on the display shelf.
Something else that I have really been enjoying is painting for contests. It adds a time constraint and a bit of a challenge to meet the guidelines of the contest. I am hoping that will also be true of comissions. On the other hand, it might just drive me nuts. Either way, I'll keep posting here
Digga, I am a social media manager for an online restaurant equipment company, so basically I write posts for Facebook and watch cooking shows all day. Not the good shows though, like boring industry ones. It's a good gig.
