Thanks guys, did some clean up on the cloak and other NMMs.

Nice work Flu , that cloak looks so 3D .
His brown cloak on the front looks like an apron ,as if he puts it on to keep his armour clean in true emporers children fashion while killing everyone with true perfection.
maybe some smears of blood might look neat.

I was thinking of adding some blood but I wasn't sure how to go about it. I thought wet blood would look out of place because that's a sign of a recent battle yet the rest of his armor is all polished and clean. The thing itself isn't finished, I want to make it look like old cracked leather. So maybe I can do some dark red glazes to mimic old blood stains he can't quite clean out.

That sounds like a good idea Flu ,maybe a real dark almost black red smears

Minor update, I did more work on the gold trim on the arms/shoulders but today I wanted to show the force sword. Since Chaos are the bad guys I decided on Sith Lord Red:

Looks great, love the contrast from dark to light, and those glinting highlights make it pop.

I worked on the leather bit some, tried to give it more texture and life.

Great to see that the leather has been given the same level of attention as that amazing cloak. Really nice work on the sword also. This will look brilliant when it's finished

The leather on that mini look great. It's worn in all the right places and looks very natural. Also love your power sword--the red stands out. Fantastic work.

I really like the work done on the chaos marine. Can you tell me the colors used on the sword?

Now you have a bigger project with that beautiful bust. Shield looks good, do you have a picture of it with the bust?
