Cheers guys had a great time there and learned a few things and will aim to try new things.

That said I am trying a new way of painting nmm I'm trying the Sprocket technique of dotty painting. I am really really impressed with the technique. It is great for producing a forged metal look. Working on Slambo at he same time as lee here it is so far.

Um wow, pointillism really works well! I was gonna pick up a slambo, but all GW sells is finecast versions -_- Never again.

It's weird material finecast it reminded me of the consistency of rubbery cheese!?!

Totally unlike any resin I've come across before it's like a cross between plastic and rubber......very odd stuff.

I hear ya. I bought that sexy cannonness without even thinking and then she arrived in the mail I opened the box fell to my knees and did that classic movie pose with the dramatic NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! Now I double check every cool model they release -_- I will, however, pick up that new 40k set today!

Well, I decided to paint along with Andy & 10, so I hope the Finecast Dairy product I ordered makes it through customs fast enough. You guys all make me really eager to get cracking on that Slambo...
