For all you ppl out there who either want to get fit or want to lose weight, here are a few minor lifestyle changes that worked for me:

1) exercise* before/after dinner or before you go to sleep so you get your metabolism and dont have a bunch of unused fat or energy left in your stomach while your sleeping and doing nothing.
2) walk or bike whenever you can rather than driving (good for the environment too!)
3) Eat less (duh..)
Once you get your diet and exercise set, youll instinctively eat less and have more energy for exercise, and you lose weight!
Very cool when you really make it work! =)

*i do a bunch of running/swimming/biking for at least an hour (during the afternoon to work on my tan =D). And I also like doing handstands and flips which are REALLy tiring

nah, i went during my buddies\' hours so they let me

lol what is a \"chuntering spazwit\"??? i assume its bad. Are you fat? you seem very hostile towards any healthy suggestions

Also, anger is not good if you have hypertension (high blood pressure) - everyone (especially those making threats) should calm down lest they have an aneurism and die.

yeah, i feel ya duende - sometimes i feel like eating a lot too, but once you commit yourself to the change, everytime you eat more than you\'re supposed to, you\'ll regret it, so try it out and if you pull it off you\'ll be more than happy with the results =]

Ok omglol, this is the problem with your thread:

You found out a pretty valuable lesson, eating right and exercising does actualy work and therefor make you in shape. And you found that being in shape feels great, soooo you thought you would announce your finding to the world. If you can do it whats everyone else\'s excuse for not doing it, right? Plus im sure tooting your own horn about being in shape isnt exactly an unpleasent side effect is it?

Well here is the truth, your right it is great, and your right we all could do that... But the thing is, only you yourself can motivate you, yourself, to get fit. You actualy have to care.
Dont you think we have all been told in the past that losing weight would be good for use? Sure we have! Then why arent allot of us in shape? We just dont care enough.
So why do you think your opinion will change that? really.

Look at it from another perspective, fitness is a life style. And as with any lifestyle its something you have to commit to living, almost like a religeon. So if you made a post that said \"are you a lost soul??\" then said in the post \"Become a buddist like me!! Youll feel great\" I wouldnt convert to become a buddist, why im already a christian and i dont share your view on what is important in life, or how to go about getting it.

I hope this helps you to understand why your post was met with such hostil remarks.

BTW, good for you for getting fit, now just silently enjoy it lol ;)
