I recieved my packet from charlie yesterday, thanks mate cool minis I will post a pic later. there was a HF bad Alice mini an Lotr Warrior of the Dead and a larger mini not sure who made it but I think it is ACW not sure whether it is a Blue or Grey faction perhaps you guys can help me out there or does it matter. Also I sent a little something to misterjustin yesterday I hope you like it mate.

As OrkyDave said previously, I received his package a few days ago - but ran out of primer, so I couldn\'t start on anything! lol typical.

So I have finally started on the classic WH Beastman banner bearer:

I\'ve gotta find my tripod - the macro mode on the new camera is great when the conditions are right and steady etc!

Also - OD - what was the multipart metal blister included? Where\'s that from - looks cool.

for those interested i got and orc nob, a bretonnian damsel, a DoW duelist, an ancient emopire halberdier, a bignastyshark tha now resides above my pc and a whole bunch of excellnt bits. pics will come soon, i hope.

ps. my parents informed me that a packet for me had arrived, so I think it\'s safe to say JoD\'s minis arrived. Too bad it won\'t be for a few days untill I can unpack them. But nonetheless thanks for what I\'m very confident of, must be a great selection.

I received my minis from Blackbone sometime over the past week (was out of town on vacation). Couple of postcards from Wisconsin and Illinois (the Shedd Aquarium is very cool, btw), and two minis very different from my usual - a Mordheim Skaven Sorcerer, and Culexus Assassin. I plan to paint up the Skaven as he has lots of cool tidbits hanging all over him.

@Treide - all the assassin models paint up really quickly for some reason - I think I did my culexus in one day :p

(Mind you I did him in pretty much all black lol)

Looks like the post office have managed to lose my goodies just because I gave out the wrong postcode :( I\'ll go and cry at my local sorting office to see if that helps at all :cry:

Today I came home to Bill\'s excellent package! He added lamma postcard in true Bill-style :D and a CD from Kasabian (I\'m going to have a listen when this post is completed) The miniatures included are:

- Plastic Dire Avenger (I\'ve been wanting to paint an Eldar mini for a while now, and this one is just plain great!)

- Classic Saurus Cold One Rider (My love for dinosaurs hasn\'t diminished since I was three years-old :cool: )

- Pewter Tzeentch Horror (Looks like I\'ll have some fun painting this one! :bouncy: )

- Plastic Gnoblar (Another I\'ve been wanting a go at for a while)

Thanks for the package + CD, Bill! Great stuff :)

UPDATE: Kasabian is AWESOME.

More like Billy Talent, (Is Metric Canadian?), Avril Lavigne, Native Cree Chats and Drums, etc. (We don\'t want them to think that we\'re all hicks!!)

Not sure about the charts but i\'ve heard of Kasabian. I\'m rather fond of Shoot the Runner right now and the video for Empire is fantastic.

They just have the unfortunate record for allowing Bryan Adams and Celine Dion to escape... lol
