I stand by my post whether or not anyone agrees with me. I feel the evidence is quite apparent by just looking at the responses. One comment was made, rather vague and general, and was met with a slew of irrate & personal responses.
Now, if you\'d all like, you can all line up and attack my character, too, for daring to voice a contrary opinion.

I stand by my \'twit\' comment 100% because I may be the only one saying it outloud but I sure as hell know that you\'ve been the topic of some private conversations. That\'s got me in stitches in itself lol. If you think I care about being the subject of PM-speak you are seriously over-estimating me. Honestly chap, I\'m not at all bothered who you speak to and why about me or what I said. As far as being asked to play nice on the forums, you know my e-mail address is on the profiles if you want to speak further ;).

Good usage of dictionary definitions by the way; tres avant-garde monsieur. I find the language on the Paint Aid site distasteful. As such I don\'t go there any more, simple as that. Your definitions actually do bear out my feelings about mentalities and trends here, but that\'s not applicable to all.

I am happily perusing the Paint Aid forum to view some of the figures that are coming out of it. I\'m looking especially at Astonia\'s and Eric\'s work and I think it is shit-hot. I also said WAY back that I hope you get as much as is possible for the whole affair, but that\'s nothing to do with what I see at the top end of it all. Still, who cares? It\'s a tired subject now and I\'m tired of justifying my feelings in the forums. Mail me chap, it\'s far better.

Mike, sorry chap, no direct anger as I hope you know. I won\'t say any more other than mail me if you feel hard done by :).

I\'m going away now to do my chuckle-athon and banish those blues :moon:.

I absolutely disagree. He should have been thorough and given us the definition of \"twit.\"
I had to look it up for myself and I was shocked to find it\'s a verb.
Go away or I shall twit you a second time!

This reminds me of a friend I had in highschool. Her name was Rainbow (honest) and she always wore her hair in a spiked, rainbow-colored mohawk and always dressed in black.
One Halloween day she wore the best costume ever. I got within 3 feet of her before recognizing her. She wore a denim skirt and yellow sweater with a pearl necklace and she had her hair down over the sides and blonde. She went as a PREPPY!! She told me she wasn\'t wearing any black, not even underwear.

But then, things are never really what they seem to be on the net, are they? Me, I\'m actually a nymphopmanical 14-year-old girl who just gets off on pretending to be a middle-aged, overweight, balding guy. ;) which, um, may prove your point about my morals :D

<just found thread back so I decided to move this message here instead of conversions>.

Hi,

I promised a while back I\'d do a figure based on Avicenna since he helped me on the idea of doing a space pirate for VIP 9. Well, it\'s done.

I tried to use Peter\'s features for the face which worked to a certain extent. After that it became a tad generic and less recognisable when I added the other bits. Oh well, I tried. The figure does include a few bits that refer to him and Tooshy. :)

For those in the sculpting project, if the weapon looks familiar, you\'re right. It\'s the SNIPER version of the gun I made there.

The pictures of VIP9 will be up at www.miniature-painting.net eventually but at the moment Dominic is working on his thesis and has no time for it. In the meantime, several pics can be found in the VIP 9 photo section at 1listsculpting.

@Red dawn, you should be able to find them at any good hardware store. Er, any particular reason you need one?

@Markus Tay, if there is enough interest I may do a limited casting run of it. Do you regularly order with Jeff Valent by any chance? If so, then I could see if I can arrange something through him.
