I would add another level of client, which can really be your target... Those people that just want to play with a good looking painted army and don't have the time or patience to paint it by themselves but at the same time want some quality work and have the money and understanding of the hobby to know what they are looking for (usually there aren't teenagers here, just people around their 25-35's that have the money to pay for what they want). I would look into wargaming clubs and put some little ads in your arts/hobby shop when you have your FB and blog developed a bit more. Hope this helps you a little
Thanks Maenas, This is pretty much what I am counting on. I live 30 minutes from Silicon Valley and there are a ton of gamer types here with serious incomes. Which also makes it important that I actually get some local exposure. I know a couple of local painters that are staying busy enough to quit their real jobs. They are good painters to be sure, but I feel like I am on par with them or even have an edge. The other thing is that I am not trying to get rich doing this. I just need to bring in enough to help with some bills. I have a good part time job that I am going to keep. Wish me luck!
In the interest of attracting the fan boys, here is my next project:

I think it seems fitting that I am painting some Skitarii since I invented tech priests with sniper rifles:

WHAT??? I mean all i really want is a little recognition. Maybe they could have been called Demarii Rangers? Right? C'mon GW, let's give credit where credit is due.
Ahahaha! Okay, need to go spray those Demarii!
