When that big camera battery is charged, make sure you snap some clearer pictures of him!

Nice to see some progress - any more for any more? (after all, it\'s nowhere near as hot as it was!)

No it\'s a mix of GW and Vallejo. I was going to stick to GW but the good old GW paint pot issue claimed another victim.
All the grey for the NMM are Vallejo\'s, as are the reds. The Brass is a mix of Snakebite, VMC Goldbrown , Dark Sand and Ivory. There is a very thin wash of Gunship Green to try to bring out the Brassy effect. More evident in Real life.

Here is my contribution.
Its still very early, so the finished mini will not be anywhere near as rough as this.

The heat has put me really behind schedule with everything. But this little man will be ready to fight on the big day.

some detail shots, as the banner is no further forward. Just some clothing and leather and NMM arm.........still lots of tweaking required here and there..........

As for my efforts well the first couple of layers of NMM gold are on and the fles h is done although no where near as complete as I was hoping by now, no shots this weekend though as I am trying to get my new confuser set up, not set up a raid config before so it is a bit of a learning process that is taking longer than expected however hopefully by the end of next weekend I will have some progress shots for you all.

Won\'t get much done this weekend as I am out at sea doing trials all week

Thanks for the nice words about his eyes. A wash of red on his face this morning has f*cked up the definition a bit, I\'ll have to give him some more eyeliner All the stuff you see here, apart from his face, was done this morning in a couple of hours:

I know it looks rough and dirty, basically I\'m splatting the colours to get the lighting right, then I\'ll neaten it all up. I\'ve gone a bit OTT on the weathering too lol I\'m quite liking how the golds are coming out. NMM is almost intuitive once you get the hang of it :wow:
