Well, I know many refer to the British as either Brits or limeys.
And it\'s too bad you can\'t make it. There\'s quite a few mini painters that I want to meet, but it seems that so many of them live overseas, so I wonder if I\'ll ever get to meet them in person. Oh well; maybe some day.

I\'ll be at Gen Con
I\'m teaching six classes this year. Last I checked there was only one spot open in for all six classes. That\'s pretty good.
If I\'m not teaching a class I\'ll be hanging out at Paint and Take as an instructor. My name is Melanie, but I tend to write \"Cerridwyn1st\" on my name tag as well so folks from the boards will know me.
I\'m planning on competing, as long as my nerve doesn\'t give out and I convince myself I totally suck before hand.
Hope to see some of you guys there.

It\'s best to plan hooking up around dinner time OUTSIDE the dealer\'s hall as it starts clearing out promptly at closing and you won\'t be able to stay.
I\'ve nothing against Wyrd, I\'m a fan too!
The MHE area is a better choice as there\'s something to do while waiting for people to arrive.

Absolutely that includes you! Even though you are a brush-licker, I don\'t hold it against you. As I\'ve said (and I certainly meant it), I still respect you as a painter and as an individual.
Plus, I\'ll get you to turn from the darkside one these days.
If I could, I\'d buy a dozen of each Wyrd mini just to fund the trip; alas, I just can\'t afford it. Maybe some of us need to chip in and see about getting some of our mini-painting cousins over here to the States for one of these conventions.
